DOCC Privacy Notice
This notice explains how DOCC processes staff, operational, project and connected-system information.
Information processed
DOCC may process account identity, role and company scope, project and operational records, finance and subscription records, alerts, audit events, uploaded work files, support data, session/device information and connected-system summaries.
Purpose
Information is used to authenticate users, operate the command center, support executive decisions, monitor projects and infrastructure, maintain audit evidence, secure the service and meet business or legal obligations.
Access and sharing
Access is restricted by authorized role and business need. Approved hosting, integration or support providers may process limited information where required to operate the service.
Sensitive information
Passwords, recovery codes, payment PINs, crypto seed phrases and other high-risk secrets should be kept only in the specifically approved secure workflow, not ordinary DOCC notes or AI prompts.
Retention and security
Records may be retained for operational continuity, security, audit, contractual and legal requirements. DOCC uses authentication, secure sessions, access controls, passkeys where supported and audit mechanisms.
Changes and requests
