DOCC Staff Terms of Use
These terms apply to authorized staff and executive users of the Digital Operations Command Center.
Authorized access
Use only the account, companies and permissions assigned to you. Do not share credentials, passkeys, recovery codes or confidential DOCC information with unauthorized people.
Operational records
Project status, finance, alerts, provider evidence, executive actions and connected-system information must be used for legitimate business purposes and kept accurate.
Connected systems
DOCC may display read-only or governed information from approved platforms and providers. A displayed status does not override the source system, formal approval, physical acceptance or regulatory authority.
AI workspace
AI-assisted analysis supports executive work but does not replace professional, legal, financial, security or operational judgment. Sensitive secrets should not be entered unless the relevant workflow explicitly supports them.
Security and acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, falsify evidence, interfere with systems, export confidential data without authorization, or use DOCC for unlawful activity.
Changes
Material changes to these terms may require renewed acknowledgement before staff access continues.
